Riyadh – Mubasher: Saleh Nasser Al Omair, Chairman of Nayifat Finance Company, has resigned from his position as Chairman and from his membership in the board and its committees.

The resignation is ascribed to the different views on the mechanism of work of the members of the board and committees, according to a bourse filing.

Al Omair started his tenure on 25 September 2022 and officially resigned on 21 May 2024.

Nayifat Finance posted net profits of SAR 17.17 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, a plunge from SAR 32.45 million in Q1-23.
